OFFICE HOURS
Reception hours are - 8:30 am to 5:30pm 7 days a week

CHECK IN
Check in time for sites is 11am and cabins is from 2:00pm. Check ins for after hours arrivals can be arranged by contacting reception prior to your arrival day. We ask that you consider all other guests and staff if arriving after hours.

CHECK OUT
Check out time for all cabins and sites is 10:00 am.  Late check out (subject to availability) may be arranged the day prior to departure (Fees apply). Guests may be charged a late check out fee if exiting the park after 10am.

NOISE
Please consider other guests by restricting noise between the hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am for the comfort of all. Excessive noise, abusive language or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to evict any persons causing issues.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodation or in and around park communal and amenity areas.

BIKES/SCOOTERS Etc.
Are allowed during daylight hours only. Guests should observe all the road rules including the wearing of helmets. These items are not to be used in the main entrance/exit area of the park, camp kitchen, pool or amenities.

SITES
Washing lines are not to be erected on or between sites, please use the washing lines provided near the amenities block.  Please keep your site tidy and use the rubbish bins located in the park.

FIRES
There are two open fire places in the Camp Kitchen and a communal fire pit for the use of all of our guests. There are strictly no fires permitted at cabins or on individual campsites.  Fires will not be permitted during days of total fire ban, please see reception if you have any questions.

CAMP KITCHEN
Is for the use of all park guests. Please ensure that you clean up after use.

PLAYGROUND
Children must be supervised while using the playground area.  The playground is not to be used after dark. Ball games should be played down on the oval area away from cabins and sites.

POOL
Pool hours are 8am to 8pm.  Children MUST be supervised at all times.  Do not take glass containers or alcohol of any kind into the pool area. Inflatables are also not permitted in the pool area.

SECURITY
Please ensure you secure all possessions and lock vehicles and cabins when unattended.  Management takes no responsibility for theft of any personal belongings.
